CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS

CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS ATHLETES!!!!!

Congratulations to the TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS Athletes who competed this past weekend at the Ontario Championships and the SAF Model Search....the weekend was a HUGE success!

Lucy Cerantola competed in the Women's Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Division placing 4th overall and went on to compete in the Women's Masters Bodybuilding Division placing 3rd overall and has now qualified to compete at the CBBF Nationals.

In the Figure Division, Rachel Davis earned a first place finish competing in the Medium-Tall Class and teammate, Karrilynn Blonde placed 2nd overall in the Tall Class. Both ladies have now earned a spot to represent Ontario at the CBBF Nationals.

Nancy Sinclair competed in the Grandmasters Figure Divsion and placed 4th overall.

In the Fitness Division, Sommer Robertson walked away with the first place trophy and is now qualified to compete at the CBBF Nationals....wow!!!!

The SAF Model Search was a HUGE success....over 70 athletes competed & these women meant business....everyone had amazing costumes and bikini's and their physiques were to die for. I want to congratulate all of the TEAMOBRIEN ATHLETES who competed in this event. Way to go: Ally Angus, Gorretti Francisco, Nicole Goodman, Ryanne Mackenzie, Mymuna Nasrin, Erica Booth & Stephanie Marson! Erica Booth competed in the Open Fitness Division and placed 2nd overall in a very competitive field.Mymuna Nasrin competed in the Open Figure Division and placed 1st overall. Both women have now qualifed to compete in the Elite Division.
I would like to give a special thank you to Valeria Nova (makeup artist) and Caitlin Carverhill. (hair stylist). You ladies made our athletes look incredible...THANK YOU!!!!

Overall, the weekend was HUGE success. Dennis and I are soooo proud of all of you. Your hard work and dedication has definitely paid off and we are looking forward to the Natural Ontario's!!!! Yippee!!!!

I Qualified for my 6th consecutive Fitness Olympia!! I placed 3rd overall and I won the routine round....check it out! Not too bad for re-choreographing my routine the morning of the show!!

Hello Everyone!!

Hope you're all doing well....Things here are pretty busy. We have a lot of athletes preparing for this seasons competitions. The next competition will be on May 23rd Mississauga, Ontario. Our biggest group of athletes are preparing for the Natural Ontario's in September....it's busy right now, but a lot of fun!

Some other news;

I am in the latest Muscular Development Magazine! I shot with photographer, Mike Yurkovic after the Arnold Classic..and 2 pics ended up in the magazine....I was shocked when I heard that I was in the mag.

I have some other exciting things in the works, but nothing is official right now...I will update all of you when everything is finalized!!! Wish me luck!!!!

Anyways, I better go prepare tomorrows food....I will check back soon....
